Effect that flags the current utterance as off-topic.

Prompts in Bixby are modal: when a user is at a selection prompt, their utterances are locked to the type being prompted for. A capsule can "break" this lock and force Bixby to re-interpret the utterance non-modally, considering all queries and relevant continuations again, by executing this effect during execution of a prompt.

If execution of the re-interpreted prompt reaches a flag-as-off-topic effect again, the effect will be ignored, and execution will continue as is.
