speech

optionalvalue required

The client uses speech as the text-to-speech (TTS) string that corresponds to template text. You only need to specify speech if the desired TTS differs from the displayed text.

Note

If the parent template key is used to render a string within a layout or a Views component as part of the UI, then this speech key will not be spoken aloud. Bixby uses TTS only in instances of spoken dialog, such as in a message or with hands-free list navigation.

TTS can use certain Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) tags, a standard for enriching text-to-speech. See Using SSML for more information on Bixby's SSML support.
